I purchased a trunk lid from FoxDecoy. I paid him quickly, then it took him a while to ship. When it arrived, it was damaged. I spent about 2 months with him going back and forth on how to resolve the situation. It was frustrating. He did ultimately refund my entire purchase and the shipping back to him, I'll give him that. I would have preferred to have not dealt with the hassle though.
