Due any day now, but since we live in an area that uses tons of antiskid on the local roadways, I'm not taking delivery until they clean that crap up!

My SA just confirmed my car left on the 28th for Halifax as well. So I guess we're on the same ship

Carmine Red? It's what I ordered for my Targa GTS, how is it in real life? And as for the crap on roads, the car can take it, all it will need is a good wash.

I wouldn't worry about the crap on the roads. These cars can take it no problem.

My car has entered Davisville and began PDI on 4/3/17 , I'm hoping everything goes smoothly and it gets to the dealer in New Jersey ahead of schedule, fingers crossed!

How do you all get so much information on shipping details? In the UK it just seems to be "Build complete, dealer hopes to see it in a couple of weeks" it's all a bit vague. I don't think waiting for a child to be born was this anxious!!!!

Dealers have access to production schedules. No idea why yours won't share your schedule.
Here's mine as of yesterday.

It's midway across the Atlantic on the Athens Highway, scheduled to port in Halifax April 7.

Cool!
I was just quoting the date shown on my schedule. So far on marine tracking I've seen Apr. 6 and 7 and the 8th as our docking dates. All good as its still well ahead of schedule!

After passing the Azores, the ship is now out of reach of land based tracking systems, so unless you have an account with satellite updates, you won't know any more until the ship is a couple of days away.

The other way to track the arrival date (without satellite information) is to check the port of Halifax on the Marine Traffic website. It shows the current arrival date and time for the ship. This has been changing, so the port has access to the satellite information for all of the ships it is expecting. I do have a job (in case you were wondering), just a bit of a hobby.

My original delivery date at the dealership was May 12th, which then changed to April 28th. The car left Emden 3 days early, so depending on what happens once it gets to Halifax, I should have my car between the 25th of April and the 28th of April. Maybe a bit earlier, but the end of April is perfect for me. Just enough time to have the street cleaning operations completed in my city and the weather to warm up.

Precisely!

Which city in Canada will your car be delivered to?
