Removed the rear seats years ago since nobody can fit in them anyway.

Check for Option Code 007. It's on a separate hidden sticker.

If so, your seats will do this (it's actually the real reason why sun roof delete option is so rare):

I leave mine down and usually have a realistic air soft pistol and a ***** on them when parked. That way when someone walks by and looks in they know I mean business, no matter what I'm doing

How does seat position impact insurance claims in the event of an accident?

Up, clearly, as it reinforces that the 911 is a practical family car. That's the argument/reasoning I used to explain to my wife why I should sell my z4 and get the 911. However, since I've taken up golf again I've found the seats permanently down and my golf bag across them.

I tried to explain to my gf that the 350z was swapped for a 911 to make room for the dog. She immediately said I was full of sh*t, but she does like riding around in the 996.

Mine are up under hard acceleration and down under hard braking. I think they are some sort of early active aero system!

I always make sure the seats are down when I transport my case of Mobil 5-w50 home from AutoZone. As everyone knows, that's the best oil for a 911...

You cheap bastard, you're killing your engine with that crappy inferior oil!

Everyone knows that Mobile1 purchased directly from the dealer is a far superior blend
