Well guys, this is the message we've been waiting for. From my bank manager:

"Hi Jason,
I was able to confirm the cheque for you; all is well good the cheque is cleared. Hope this will be of help to you."

This nightmare is finally over!

I really want to thank all of you for your support over this ordeal. Clearly I was unable to make any headway on my own, and it was the pressure put on these clowns from you and the guys over at sixspeed that made this happen. For that I am forever greatful. If any of you find yourselves in TO fire me a PM and I'll buy you a beer.

But more importantly this thread unveiled a lot of ugly truths about this company, and as a group we have dealt what I hope is a death blow to the company. However I have a feeling scum like these guys always find a way to survive and screw people over in some
other way. Hopefully no-one from Rennlist will ever have to deal with these guys again. For the guys still in a battle with them, good luck getting your money back, and if you can't, please be safe and understand the risk that driving on these may pose. If I can be of any support in any way let me know.

I'm going to miss lugnut and his crew of monkeys. Best of luck to their future business endeavours. Clearly they have a winning team and will go far in this world!

Lastly, a special nod to Gary. Your work on this has been unbelievable. Keep it going!

Not to worry Jay. The Justice Dept. will be dealing with Razamataz soon enough with a number of criminal charges that are yet to be disclosed and at that time I will start a new thread. There is a lot more to the Race Tech story. I still see $20,000 worth wheel orders that need to find a just remedy and i expect more broken wheels to show up next tracking season which is now only 90 days or so away.

I'm buying Forgeline this time. They are high on my list as track worthy wheels that include a tracking warranty and a great reputation.

Awesome news Jay.
Fantastic outcome. I will NEVER consider buying wheels from these guys.
Move on. 2017 will be a ripper!

Greetings Jay,
On December 8, 2016 you posted "Raced Tech Forged Owes me $5000.00". You didn't ask for our help, you merely shared your situation. However, after reading your post, many of your Rennlist brothers and sisters, kept the pressure on for a wrong to be corrected.
Fast forward, after 380 plus posts and nearly 28,000 views and almost a month gone by, you've been officially refunded the $5,000.00. Through your experiences, you've shared a number of lessons learned. One, when buying from a specialized non-mainstream company that aggresively advertises at low prices that seems to good to be true...you'd better do your due diligence, research the BBB (others), request a clear contact outlining expectations that has an exit clause, and ask a ton of questions from others.
I'm so glad you've been made whole...although as I've said before, the shipping cost will return to you one day in another form or fashion.
The Chimpanzee Crew and their Buddies will now take a respite, but were pleased to assist. Although to be honest, they were a pain in the *** to manage and cleanup for.
I look forward to you continuing to be part of the thing we most enjoy...these incredible cars. Share a picture now and then...and, would a picture of a Female Husky kill you???
Cheers!!!!

Hi guys:

I'm from the Corvette Forum, and unfortunately, I am one of those who ordered wheels, TPMS, caps, and tires from the illustrious RTF on 14 Oct 16.

I have been given every excuse in the book as to why I still have not seen my wheels...just as many of you have experienced. I have called, and e-mailed continuously...sometimes getting a response and sometimes not. When a response has been made, it's always some promise and apologies that never are lived up to or any hardware produced. I'm probably bordering at over 50-60 emails at this point, and still no delivery. I have seen a set of photos that were sent that appear to match my order, with promises that they are 'at the finisher...' and were scheduled for delivery last Monday/Tuesday, but no communiques since 23 Dec 16.

I'd be interested in what others in my predicament have done/are doing, and what if any legal action might be an option for me for the future. Right now I'm out about $6400. Ouch.

Please PM or hit me on the email if you have some advice.

Thanks,
Matt Hebert

@Jason:

Therein lies the rub.

I wanted to pay with CC, but was told that they used to take cards, but had some problems with buyers and they no longer did. In the end, I paid with a bank draft, in two installments.
