With one weekend of driving schools, I got 23k miles from mine. Of course, I literally took it down to the wear bars where I would need to get new tires to drive them legally on the road. Sounds like you may have an alignment issue where you're "scrubbing"? I.e. - your rears are towed in too much?

Nope
Alignment is all good, align every spring and ensure its for better wear not aggressive performance
Very even wear across tire on last two sets of rears
I run them to the top of the wear bars typically
Pretty common wear for these if you check places like tire rack and 1010tires in the review section
Even Michelin only warrantys 10-15k km on these

Nice car, nice thread! How do you feel about the Ohlins after a fair amount of time on them? Most reviews here only have a few weeks perspective. What kind of driving you subject them to would be helpful to know as well.
Also, Ohlins recommended ride height looked awfully low in your pic (well, looks good but also looks difficult to navigate ramps, driveways etc). Did you end up raising the car a little?

I ended up raising the car a bit, the Ohlins recommended install height was too low for my liking
Ride is great, very compliant, great feel and handling, I played with the shock settings a bit over the last months, ended up about 7 clicks form full soft for daily driving
When I set it to 5 clicks from the firmest setting it was quite stiff and I was getting the common issue of the spring binding a bit and generating a clinging sound when dry steering or initial steering input in the car
I drive the car every day, all year, all conditions. The coilovers really come into play the faster you go, I really like them
They ride better than the stock suspension, not much firmer, abosrb the undulations and road imperfections really well, allow me to really push the car through corners now, have a great planted feel. I also have the RSS dog bones and GT3 sway bars which helped a lot

Turbo hollow spokes are on, ended up having to get yet another set of new rears, yearly occurrence now, getting about 12000km out of a set of rears
upcoming service, decided to update a few things:
EBC red brakes pads and new Zimmerman discs also coming
and the usual culprits - oil service, transmission fluid service, diff fluid service, plugs, coolant, new wiper blades, etc

brakes are awesome, the EBC red pads really improved the bite and feel and stopping distance compared to stock, much more progressive pedal feel now as well, probably thanks to the stainless lines
The Yellow trans mounts definitely added some NVH but still acceptabe
get some vehicle vibration at idle or low rpm cruising speed, trade off is much more direct feeling shifts, can really appreciate the GT3RS short shifter now
