I saw where you changed the AOS on a Tip, which is where I am headed. My coolant lines were leaking, so I removed them at the back of the engine and plugged the inlet/outlet. Leak is gone but now I want to change the unit itself. Questions:
    - Mine is a 2004. Yours?
    - Heard that replacenent units sometimes have some sort of U-bracket that causes installation problems. Comments?
    - I know I need to lower the engine. But will that make it possible? One post dropped the entire trans, with one guy saying his mechanic said it was necessary. My guess is that it was easier and more lucrative for the mechanic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
