Default 1 more Golf Blue (PTS W91)

Saw this at Parkhaus1's two year anniv event this past Saturday... love the color and it's even more scarce. Personally it's my fav PTS blue now over Voodoo but not by much.

The short story with this is that the orig owner ordered it (thru The Collection) and wanted Gulf Blue... after whatever screw up happened, he ended up with the other vowel- so it arrived as Golf Blue instead like GMG's. This one has like 20 miles on it... basically brand new. Asking price was north of 330K. Gulp. Go figure.

I could probably agree that this gets a slight nod over Voodoo Blue... both amazing colors and would get me out of mine! 330k ain't in the cards for me though!

Don't know about the rest of the options , but at least it doesn't have the chrono - would love to see a PTS car that wasn't loaded up . Love the color - would be perfect in Mooty specs .

Beautiful color, I'm a bit surprised the gentleman who originally specc'd the color didn't see it as a happy mistake!

I highly doubt someone mis ordered Golf over Gulf blue given the process to order a PTS car. But... they'll happily sell it for $120K markup. Maybe a language barrier led to the screw up if there was one. We are known for our lack of assimilation here in Los Egables...

Great colour.
If I get PTS on the 991.2 GT3 I would def consider Golf Blue.

Seeing in person in live view is even more stunning... definitely not close to being light like Riviera nor Mexico. Obviously not even close to Gulf. But also not as bold nor vibrant as Voodoo.... I like that it's "just right" with a slight pastel-like tone. Not Smurf-like and not over the top vivid neither. Just enough, IMO. It's a color you fall in love with at first sight... and then get mesmerized even more the longer you examine it.

They said they wouldn't even entertain a 300K offer someone recently presented.... geesh.

Here's an iPhone snapshot.... Golf Blue again:

And here's a VooDoo Blue RS pic at Porsche of West Broward... my same iphone used:

Yes, I am familiar with this car. I inquired and was told that the car is no longer for sale. A special car, indeed.

Here's the Golf, Voodoo and Club Blau family. Almost interchangeable given the photo, lighting conditions and your monitor...but the reality is quite different I would guess.

Indeed csesin was instrumental in letting us know about this
beautiful 'Golf Blue' 991 gt3 RS when it first arrived in Florida
back in February of 2016:

The confusion of 'Golf' with 'Gulf' Blue is more common than
you would think. I just emailed Henk Baars at Carparc about
the fact that he has the wrong blue on his ad for this beautiful
1965 911:
