Getting the parse error. Report window on almost every thread I'm trying to open via the app! Website works!

 

Same problem here. Started last night.

 

I've been told by our illustrious tech team that these app problems will not be fixed, as there is an entirely new mobile app being released in the coming weeks. The new app increases functionality and eliminates the issues that have plagued the previous two apps we've attempted.

I hope to have more specific details about a launch date very soon.

We have also added a new mobile style to Rennlist which will automatically be loaded if you visit the site from your mobile devices browser rather than the app. I find the style to be easier to navigate/use than any of the apps. Perhaps you might find it appealing as well?

Please see if they can look into the issues with uploading pictures from iPhones? Maybe there is a way to make it easier?

 

I can confirm from having beta tested the new app, that photo uploads are working and easier. Thanks everyone for your patience and understanding.

What is the deal with this crApp? Doesn't anyone actually text this thing. Please don't give me the usual wine "oh this app is used with thousands of other forums..." Get an automated testing harness!

Oh BTW. Android latest version as of 4/8/2015 and the one just previous running on Samsung Note 4

But they need to fix this app now! A couple of weeks won't do it! Seems like almost every thread gets the parse error now! A lot of us live on the road and use iPhones and not computer nowadays.

 

Please browse the site from your mobile browser until we're able to release the new app.

I apologize as I realize this isn't ideal.

Why do we pay money to be members here when this is the second time in a short time we can't browse via app. And had to download a different app to post pictures.
Why not wait til you get things ironed out to update on your end.

Man, I finally was forced to use the App two months ago and liked it, until tonight and can't use it at all.

 

+1. This is BS. If the site was free, then fine. However, many of us actually pay to be members and to tell us to just 'deal with it' really isn't cool at all

 

Weird thing for me is iPhone is full of parse errors. But my iPad works perfectly. Before I saw this thread I tried deleting the iPhone app, rebooting my phone and reinstalling, but still the problem persists. But the iPad is fine. WHY?

 

Same here - the iphone gets the parse errors (not on every thread, but most) but works on the ipad.

Pretty bad that it is two weeks out with no fix on the current. I'm glad at least that it wasn't just me.
