I'm having file upload problems as well. I'm trying to add an attachment to a post. I've tried multiple 1024x768 JPG files. I even resized one to 800x600. I get an immediate "upload of file failed" message.

I too sent them a note a few days ago via the admin and they fixed the problem that very same day.

Staying positive, this new issue must be due to the pending site updates which will be awesome. : )

I think IB tech still might not be aware of the issue.

I sent them an email on April 19, and just received this reply a couple days ago:

What the file sizes of your images? It's possible that the site is not allowing you to upload pictures if they exceed the size limit.
