You know, RV.... I really wish you'd come out of your shell and tell folks how you really feel..??! 
Actually - for the rest of the folks, RV is the one who notified me about this thread... While I don't have the answer(s), yet - I'm working on it... And please remember - these servers aren't "next to my desk" anymore, so I'm trying to do this from 3000 miles away... And no - I don't have programmers access anymore, but...

Does this mean the mobile app is worse than in the past? Only used it a few times in the last couple years and it was so horrid I just use the main site on the iPhone.

I agree. I use the main site app on my Galaxy III. The mobile app doesn't have the menu across the top for "my recent topics", etc. (unless it's been revised since I last tried it.
