I have successfully uploaded a photo to my profile, but it is not showing it when I post. Any help on this?

You have to add an avatar first.
The profile photo is different. (You can see it when you click on your user name)

Click 'user cp' (top left corner)
Click on the "edit avatar' under Settings & Options.

Also, if the file size is too big it won't show up.
