The email confirming my payment to Rennlist has long been deleted. I looked into my PayPal account and it confirms that I had a payment of $32 taken out of my account on October 30th.

Hopefully that is sufficient for your needs.

It may indeed be due - but don't I get a reminder? Also how do I check when my membership runs to - or at least when I last renewed...?

There have been notices, announcements and several threads all over Rennlist about this renewal problem with some accounts.

To check for expiration please click on User CP (top left corner on the browser) and check them under "paid subscriptions". Alternatively, if you now click the link mentioned in my previous post, you will see them on the top of the page.

Also, from now on, expect to receive a payment reminder via email a few days before the subscription's expiry date.

I have no idea when I last renewed. Never got any renewal reminder. Do not know membership number. Can you send me the number? The easiest way I guess is to just renew for a couple years.
