Notices can use HTML core code (I don't use vB code in notices)... It's my iteration - as it uses the center, bold, single space line break, and hyperlink code into "Click Here"...

I've been effected by whatever has happened with RL. Still says I'm a member on posts but no longer have full access

I did not re-up but something changed and I cannot see many things including "off topic" which is a daily staple!
