Using Internet explorer to change signature, still broken.
This Forum is broken, I don't know why we have to put up with this day after day since August.

Just ran across this in the body of a post on the 991 forum:
Code:
The alternative can be
[img]webkit-fake-url://5e1054f5-2b0e-40fb-9ecf-2c745d49b07c/imagejpeg[/img]
webkit-fake-url? Nice. Some unfinished code to re-re-re-fix uploading pictures rolled-out to production?

I'm with TRACKCAR. You folks need to rm -rf all the code you've rolled out since this thread started, revert to a working baseline and try again. On someone else.

I cant reply quoting specific or multi quotes anymore.
I think at this point you guys should just Archive this forum and start over, its taking all the fun out of Rennlist.

Oh, and after this post, you have to refresh the page just to see your own post.

I can not multi quote to reply to several posts with one quote.

Please fix this crap. Charge us more if you need to hire someone that knows what they are doing.
Nobody is going to pay for this crap surely?

And now you’ve done it yet again. Next 3.0 is the defualt. No notice. No reversion capability.

F$%^tards.

Oh, and one other thing: I retract my kudos for rescuing pictures from Photobucket. Seems as if you didn’t get any for threads in the 928 forum. Many, many threads are broken.

We have now added an option in the user cp to turn off related threads and infinite scroll completely. Any users who were on the older theme without infinite scroll have been opted out automatically on this new style (it's the same style but adds the toggle to remove infinite).

The script to grab photobucket images couldn't save all images and it would fail if the image wasn't still hosted on photobucket. We tried to run it on the most visited threads first and photobucket rolled out another "fix" that blocked our script before we could reach every URL.

I note that if one is not logged-in there are a lot of common words ("****" seriously?) that are redacted.
I also just noticed that the editor window is randomly (seemingly) eating apostrophes. It's there in the editor but gets eaten upon display. I 'fixed' it by deleting the apostrophe entered when using IOS and entering a new one on Windoze/FF.
Last, user CP settings are being ignored. I've set mine to 20 posts per page. I was getting 50+. I had to go to the CP and re-apply 20/pp.

Death to Photobucket I guess. If any company ever deserved a class-action it's them for retroactively changing terms.

Please put the other styles back, or at least the "Rennlist" style. A style picker with only one choice is not a picker.

I have to use Garage Talk.
Open Rennlist in a browser and a popup blocks the whole page in 2 seconds.

This thing is half dead.
Kill it off.

Looks like infinite scroll is back, without a way to kill it? (only classic next gen 3.0 option available on bottom left menu)

We changed nothing from the previous style other than the version number. We did add the ability to disable infinite scroll and related threads from within your userCP/options page.

I don't get why after all these years we are forced to make adjustments to continuously counter what we are saying we don't like? Make the upgrades optional instead of forcing them on us.

What i really don't like are emails for solicitations from Rennlist, Six Speed or the like. WhY am I receiving emails from rennlist promoting Algar Ferrari? Especially when you have paying sponsors like High Marques and others that are trying to do the same thing in threads.

Going down hill fast and it seems management doesn't care about its long time members and our opinions. Sometimes change for change sake is bad and if it is only $$$ you guys want then you will loose the crew that fuels this forum.
