About 6 years ago I had the Chance to pick up a friend's 08 GT3 for $68k & I passed on it. MAJOR regret now. Want one so bad right now!

I agree with what others are saying here. Especially if the 964 really pulls at the heart strings. I would just add the 991 gt3 to the 964 down the road and ditch the 997 at that point.

I disagree...In this day and age there's no harm in telling a sales guy anything AS long as you are mature enough to not let your emotions take over & blinded sign the dotted line.
Tell them what you want and at what price and walk away. Iif they are desperate enough they'll call you otherwise move on.. Simple as that!!
