Max outdoor gatherings is 10. Really not conducive to the usual size of our GTGs. Nothing is preventing anyone from doing their own thing, but I won't be changing anything in the original post until we're officially able to meet in large groups.

For those of you remember last year, a Mississauga by-law officer showed up and asked people to leave / disperse or risk being fined/ticketed.

Once we get to Step 3 of the Ontario Government reopening plan, we will officially resume the GTG. As stated above, we don't want to risk having by-law officers break up the group.

Ditto on that. Just by fluke, I was at the meeting spot that very day to do some furniture shopping and I walked over to see what the hubbub was, and that's when the city's by-law officer showed up and I nearly got busted in the mix. Wasn't worth it.

Just learned that the Starbuck's inside Chapter's is closed, so BYOC (bring your own coffee) for now. To be expected that as we reopen, some business are going to be closed or changed completely. It's premature to change the location until the dust settles...so stay tuned!
