I really don't see the big deal here? If the owner didn't know what his car was worth when he sold it and Weissach is trying to make a hefty profit so be it.
I bought my home for a ridiculous low amount based on my research, knowledge and negotiation skills, when it comes time to to sell for it a hefty profit will I feel "bad" for the buyer? Nope
