Lol you don't need to . Your car is gorgeous and loaded up the wazoo in the most sought after options. Just really really beautiful.

I love those wheels, been looking for a used set but no luck so far.

On the road today since I couldn't wait any longer. It took 2 days for my insurance information to make it to the ministry so I could get a sticker. Still salt on the roads but much less than a week ago.

Just getting used to the mods I had done this winter. Exhaust is a little louder with the Gundo hack but it isn't as aggressive as I was hoping for. Numeric shifter feels very precise and is a nice upgrade but I'm not quite sold on the shorter shift distance yet. Looking forward to opening it up on the track though.

Kevin (kgoertz) - Have you tried the 997 SSK? I'm debating between the numeric and ssk? Bit of a difference between the two in pricing. Personally, I'm really looking for a much shorter shift as I feel like I'm rowing a boat at times....

I have the OEM SSK and love it compared to stock, notice it right away. There is another thread in the 997 Forum on Numeric, sounds promising and if I recall the thread may even get rid of the knotchyness when cold from 1,2 gears in the OEM shifters.

Yes, guys in that thread seem to feel Numeric's shifter is superior (to B&M and Porsche).

For the price it costs, it *will* be.

Insurance back on for me as of mid night tonight.

Mine's back on for Friday. Turns out mine was never off when I called today to reactivate so I even get a refund for the last 5 months. Woo Hoo!

Not that I'll take it out anyway.

I'm with you iceman, but can't get a new plate sticker without valid insurance.

Had to work until 8:30 tonight, will remove the car cover, move the snow shovel and snowblower out of the way for a possible drive tomorrow.
