So how much snow did everyone get today?

Well, my snow story is...big understeer. A city bus was (I think) intending to come to a stop at the bus stop in front of our office, locked up, and augered in to a snow bank, blocking our drive way for a couple of hours. Neither we nor or neighbours (who share the drive) could get in or out...A little diversion on a particuarly quiet day in the office...

My C4 ended up being the Town of Whitby's snow plow this evening...LOL!
We have at least a foot of snow maybe more and being blocks from the lake I now believe in "Lake Effect"! My son who's a 1 year old is shorter than the snow that accumulated!

~20 cm. Our DDs are Jettas with winters, no problem driving around at all. Its all in the tires. This snow was very light, easily compressed by a tire or pushed by the bumper. Christian, you should get a snowmobile and you oppinion on show will change.

Chym FM radio said 17cm for the Waterloo Region.
DD - Jetta with winter tires. I commute to Listowel or Wingham M-F. When I go accelerate too aggressively, I get ASR turning on, but no real problems, other than the icebergs in my wheel wells.
My wife has a q7 with winter tires on it. Feels more planted, accelerates faster.
This would have been a great year for snowmobiling locally. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle playing hockey in late November, and the sled hasn't even been out of storage, no permits or insurance, so it's not costing me anything. Looking to borrow neighbor's sled so my wife can take the kids out to the clubhouse.....
