That Comfort Zone from Princess auto is heating a double garage approx 900 sq ft. Initial price $169
plus $100 to put in the 220 line. If you hear of something better installed for around $300 let me know . Works for me. besides i can't put gas in .Only use it to keep garage normally around 45 to 50 and around 60 to 65 when working out there.

I finally got my heater up on the weekend.
Did a ton of research to figure out the proper way.

Finished mine. 85,000 BTU. 10-20 deg.cel. in 15 min.
