Impact wrench or driver?

I've seen, DEWALT DW293 1/2" IMPACT WRENCH @ Miss hard.cen for under 200 bucks, says "345 ft-lbs of deliverable torque in forward and reverse" also its electric
is that what you have?
Thats a lot of torque, is it adjustable, for example if you use too much torque on a lug that what come off, will it round the nuts off? or when putting them on how far do you know to run it up?

No worries, glad you got some new toys to play with.. 
I got the Makita today (the Rona deal). Will try it to see if it gets the job done. If not may have to upgrade. Its got about 120 lb/ft so we'll see. 2 tools, 2 batteries and a charger that works for my saw as well so couldnt pass it up

Update
Changed to my snows today and have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the Makita. It removed all of my lug nuts and made the job go faster. Also used it for some drywalling in my garage. Handy tool to have around!!

Reviving an old thread. Picked up a Dewalt DCK240C2 20 volt Drill and Driver combo from Lowes today for $189 plus got a scratch and save discount of $10. I haven't used the drill yet but that little DCF885 1/4 inch Impact Driver is just awesome.
EDIT: Original price was $229, save $40 until Dec.16

Right now at Home Depot if you buy the combo kit (20V Max XR impact & hammer drill + 2 batteries/charger) for $299 you get an additional tool of $179 value included.... so I added the 6.5" 20V max circular saw!
Can't go wrong with that combo!

The Dewalt 20V impacts are amazing. I have the 20V max XR and even not on sale it's worth buying. Absolutely LOVE it.
