Talking Jumper's garage - work in progress

So when you got 1270 horses where do you keep them all.

Started out as this

Lot clearing in the spring.

Footings

Concrete floor with drains.

Visit and a nice drive.

Poured but missing the heated flooring. Big mistake but easy to fix.

Framing is about to begin

Framing has started

Out of storage to take a visit and get some fresh gas

Roofing

Bit of history from an old photo, before they were both mine.

Roof

Looking at the back and the grade of the parking pad

Preparing to lay radiant heating tubes and pour the floor again.

some exterior progress

Heated flooring done

Taken during a visit

Insulation

Drywall

Stairs to lower level

Taken during the visit.

Eagles nest

and its view, will be a nice spot to have a coffee

The build is moving right along. Great height in the garage, that + insulation + heated floor is going to make for an excellent space. BTW the roof trusses are amazing.

To be honest I've never liked city living. I hate the traffic, crowds and the lack of privacy. I only am here because of work which now using todays technology can be done from any location.
