Yeah basically you share the fibe connection with TV and internet as well.. maybe I need to move next to your house and leech off your wifi.

We got it and we totally regret it. The internet service cuts on and off constantly - it is a PITA!

How long have you been with them? I've recently thought about switching providers after my brother in-law tried getting me it sign up with ACN. ACN is an MLM based company so that spells bad news. It at least got me searching for other providers. I've read a few reviews about teksavvy and many people seem happy with them.

what could you possibly miss about Rogers? They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with. everything goes in favor of them nothing to customer....did I mention that I HATE ROGERS?

picture quality, and interface for tv is far superior with Bell.

As far as customer service goes, Rogers and Bell are dead even (they both suck). Picture quality, interface, Rogers is much better.

Rogers is amazing one thing....providing horrible customer service. It truly amazes me how any company operates in this fashion. It is a clear sign that we do not have enough competition in the marketplace. They are indifferent at best.

Regarding the service provided by either of the two, I choose Bell Fibe. Service and Interface are better. Customer service has actually been decent. Speeds for the Internet side of fibe deliver all of the time.

well i have had experience with both Rogers and Bell.. both suck !!! Rogers technical support is ridiculous, telling you to reboot your computer, power off the modem.. I get it, they must follow a script but seriously, if you're dealing w/ someone technical, dont' ask them to reboot your computer 5 times.

And Bell.. they screw up their billing all the time. My bill was wrong most of the time and then you'll have to call in and deal w/ morons who can't do math.
