I was out at EA today testing. The track is VERY DIRTY! lots of dust and particulate matter. Day time temp today was 8 celcius. There is no significant change in the "line", though I didn't really have one....I was way rusty after the winter. But there is more grip on the asphalt where the concrete used to be. I was on Michelin cups today.
The big difference is visually. Going down corner 1 and 2 there is asphalt paved runoff so you need to focus on something else to know track out. Corner 5 looks just weird as there is asphalt where you would have been off before and so putting a wheel over the turtles is not so so bad now. Pit out is just bigger.
Biggest difference is the new glass event center that towers over corner 10, really cool, try looking at the cars behind you by looking left as you come through.

Thanks for the update Vince...sounds like you had a great day. The only real change to the car is that I replaced the suspension all around to KW V3s, which should give me a little better handling through the high speed corners
