Do you know the history of the vehicle? was it abused? you don't see many rusted out Porsches these days, thanks to galvanized panels and factory rustproof treatments.

Yes it had 1 owner that lived in Montreal, QC.... always serviced at Porsche in QC but never rust proofed......

Another option would be to sell right after the work is done. Great selling feature.

With over 200K , this vehicle will never be a premium piece. I would try to make a deal with the car unrepaired. It is quite likely Porsche would assist the dealer on the trade in price on the sale of a new car.
