Same for me...I travelled yesterday then I went at my girlfriend's place for the night and just came back home.....This was worth more than any online racing, believe me...

But where are the results and who were in the other Porsches ???

I never got time to take a pic.

I ran the #45 RSR stock out of the Forza garage. I didn't think I stood a chance agaist the ZR1 since I was running consistent 1-2 seconds a lap quicker in it when I tested it.
I qualified 2 seconds behind Red Dragon but passed him at the start of the race. I gave that up and let him take over when we got onto the front straight thinking I just might as well let him have it now. Later on he just made to many mistakes and I ran that #45 RSR on the ragged edge without making any mistakes. After 30 laps I finished I think only 4 sec ahead of him.

From memory the Finishing order was:
g blouin
red dragon
digital PZ
StingrayAlex
C6summer
Getreal
woodymaddog
cnd Wolf eh

mid 1:28's with the ZR1, I ran a few with the RSR fastest one I think was 1:28.7 rest of the time I was in 1:29 or 1:30's

Representing the bottom dwellers, my best lap was a low 1:34. However, very inconsistent at best.

He's got a 911 Turbo, unless he drives in reverse he's probably faster than my 944.....!

After our winter Forza practice, I think I'll need to relearn how to drive.
The Forza world is a lot harder then I thought it would be. There's just not enough time in the day/night to put the needed time in...

Mark,

I am sure your technique is flawless in Forza, just need to adjust for the G-Forces. Maybe you need to wear your helmet

...if you do, send me a pic!

There are a few things you can try to see if it helps. Your wheel is a 900 degree wheel. The microsoft wheel is a 270 degree wheel and can't be changed.
I know they say forza supports 900 but I think setting your Fanatec wheel to 270 degrees allows you to respond quicker. I belive setting it to off on Fanatec wheel menu will mean the game will default it to 270.

Next is changing the force feed back, some times to much will make you over react to the car at least it does for me The Fanatec is way too strong and I like a light wheel. I change the ffb to 60% in the game menu. Also the vibration rumble can throw off your senses. I also turn this down so I can feel the car ffb rather then have a bunch of constant road rumble.

Last, if you have the fanatec pedals that have a sensitivity ****. Turn on telemetry while driving and make sure your brake is set properly if your pushing really hard, it should lock the brakes but if you see in telemetry that the brakes are only 3/4 pushed you need to increase the sensitivity.

Hint. You have seen it already in stock form. The build will happen right after someone else's car stops taking up so much space!
OK, fine..check your email!
