Default Porsche of Oakville

Does anyone have any update on the location, if construction is underway and when they are scheduled to open?

Thanks
Mav

Ground is leveled and there is a digger on site. It was supposed to open Spring '12. Looks like they've missed that date.

East of the Nissan dealership between 3rd Line and Bronte on the South Service Road.

Here's something on the Policaro website. http://www.policaro.ca/NewsandEvents...9/Default.aspx

The Policaro brothers are getting into Porsche now? The location is very close to me, that should be handy, wonder what this is going to do to Phaff location in Oakville?

I notice the Pfaff location in Oakville has another name on it and the Stig is correct. The site has been levelled and scraped clean. They only did that a couple of weeks ago though.

Stig is right on both counts, heard about this through Downtown Porsche back in Jan. Apparently Fall is the new date. Pfaff has said they have closed their Oakville location, this goes back to Jan.

How long was Pfaff open in Oakville? A year? I'd be concerned that if they couldn't make a go of it, nobody can. As much as I may dislike them, they obviously know how to run a business.

There wasn't much presence of the Pfaff Oakville location, and I certainly don't recall any consicious effort to advertize its presence, those are two factors to get people to come in and spend money.

Too bad, it was quite helpful when I was able to order and pay over the phone with Pfaff in Woodbridge, and then they will drop the items to Oakville for me to pick up when they needed to bring something else there, however I hadn't been there since around October and did not realize the location is being closed and re-done, I would expect a very visually stunning structure showing up at this site.

Well Pfaff Oakville was open for about 3-4 Years. It went from a Porsche Service Center & CPO Lot to Pfaff Wholesale Lot
