I live in Oakville, I'm 50 later this year, my wife is 42 and I drive a 996 turbo coupe. This story gave us both a weird feeling.....

 

After a quick search of the story, I believe the driver was a lawyer as well.....scary

 

Jumper, there are so many things that could be the root cause that I don't think we should speculate. Heck, it could be mechanical failure, avoiding something on the road, etc. Very sad regardless of the cause.

 

Sad , my office had many dealings with his office.

This is very sad, my wife informed me of the accident earlier today. I've know him and his family for many years, our sons were in the same class in elementary school.

The last time I saw him was last July at our sons graduation, we shared a table and talked cars for most of the evening. Please pray for his family, this is a huge loss.

 

David was my lawyer, knew Him for 20 twenty years. A Nice guy. Will be missed by all.
