Default Looking for an aluminium trailer

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a good used aluminium trailer to haul my 911 ...
Anywhere between 16 and 18 foot with a tire rack and ramps would do
for now.

Cheers !
Phil

Thank you for the link Puma,

The trailer on MTL racing is made of steel and weighs in at 1800 lbs ... almost 1000lbs more than a similar aluminium trailer !
Made the mistake of buying steel with my last two snowmobile trailers,i would prefer aluminium !

Cheers !

Matt,

Lots of room in the back of the F150 ...
I can just see it now ... Andrew's Easy up,Dwane's friggin BBQ,somebody's patio furniture,a kitchen sink,etc,etc ... lol

Think i'll stick with an open trailer

Cheers !

Hey Jim,

I installed Pagid Yellow (RS19) front and Pagid Black (RS14) rear and with approx 12 DE days last Summer i never had any brake issues at all.
Although the front bias is still too obvious for my liking,i will eventually install a dual master setup when i can find one for the right price

I flat spotted my right front due to the heavy front bias but it's a small price to pay compared to bleeding boiling brake fluid and roasting brake pads ... lol

Cheers !

Default Trailer Options

Ronan and I are real happy with our Trailex Aluminum trailer. Super light as you know and tows like a charm. it's presently wintering in AZ - (See Route 66 trip!) has a better life than i do. Too bad with the timing someone had a small all-aluminum for sale about three months ago for $5,500.00 i believe. But it's long gone at that price.

You'll also need a Brake Controller installed in the tow vehicle for the electric brakes, so budget another $350.00 installed.

Cheers,
