Been using autopartsway and autopartsonlinecanada, but they don't seem to have the selection for ball joints compared to Rock Auto. (might need them for my wife's 2003 Honda CRV).
Partsource only has 1 listing, and it's $86. Although I will be borrowing their ball joint press kit if I do do it.... Autopartsway has one for under $25, but it's a company I've not heard of....
Got and installed my Mahle filter from them today. $16.50 plus taxes. Boxster is going for a early sleep this year. Plan to call the insurance company on Monday....

I use Rock Auto. Pretty fast shipping great selection on parts. I find it amazing that i can order from the USA have it shipped up to Barrie Canada and its still almost half the price of any store around (canada).
Something is wrong with that picture.

Not all balljoints are made the same way. The cheap ones only have half a ball with a spring under it and they won't last more than 25K kms. Make sure you don't get a white box one:. unless you are selling the car. Stick with brand names for you own cars.

Imre, maybe you worded this incorrecttly or I misinterpted, ... I normally agree with on many things but not this one. If it is a ball joint or something that is part of the safety system of the vehicle you don't want to leave someone else at risk.

I'm not leaving anyone at risk. The car pases safety at the time of the sale, now if some parts wear out in a year, that's the new owner's resposibility. I inspect my cars at least twice a year, when chaging the winter tires, and so should everyone else.

I almost exclusively order from them
Last week my friend went to her mechanic and her 2002 325i needed
front and rear break pads, rotors and sensors, plus a water pump
He wanted to charge her $650 for the pump before labour alone
I ordered everything from Rockauto for $330 shipped to CBIUSA as I had parts waiting for me there already
These were all name brand parts BTW

I just ordered Timken hub bearing assemblies for my winter ride (05 cherokee). Prices here are about $250-$300/each, and Rock Auto was $120/each. Shipping to CBI as well and will be going down there next week
