Just to confirm,
M96.02 engines use the 32mm nut for bank 4-6 timing chain tensioner.
M96.03 engines use the #12 Allen buried under the A/C for bank 4-6 tensioner.
I tore into a MY 2002 M96.03 engine today for another LNengineering IMS kit install, A/C compressor needed to be taken off the engine to get at bank 4-6 tensioner.
Also, I didn't catch on before to what SharpMan asked. 06+ engines were updated by Porsche using a much larger IMS bearing. Easily identified by the larger 22mm nut in the center of the IMS flange.
There is no way to remove this later version IMS bearing without spliting the case. So hopefully Porsche got it right this time.....

You'll ned to look at the bottem drivers side of your engine block. you will see a stamped number either starting with M96 or M97.
From my understanding all the M97 engines have the updated larger IMS bearing. Being that yours is a MY05, it may still be the M96 engine which has the dreaded smaller, known to be hit or miss, IMS bearing.
Worth a look at the engine number.
