Default Targa top vinyl replacement

Hi everyone. New to this site. I bought my 1991 911 C4 Targa 4 weeks ago and am loving the ride. This is my second Porsche. I also have a 2006 Cayenne S Titanium.
I've got a few projects to make this car my own.
Things such as lowering and stiffenning the suspension and improving the exhaust sound, to name a couple.
An immediate issue is the vinyl on the Targa top has been sunburnt and is ripping. I saw an ad on eBay for a company in California that is selling the vinyl replacement. Anyone out there have any recommendations/suppliers that they can give me?
Thanks.

The common recomendation is that you need t have a profesional do it . Dan Petchell does a lot of these. I think he is located in New jersey. I hear his name mentioned a lot

Dan is the consensus expert...

I had my top done locally - on the recommendation of a independent Porsche shop.

T M Custom Auto Trim & Glass Limited

Toronto, ON M9N 1E5, Canada

And it looks real nice - but on the track it is 'billowing' - so I assume the vinyl is too thin or 1 of the layers is missing.

Talking to Dan is on my 'to do' list.

Later,

According to Clive there is no need for a top. Just drill out your floor "boards" for drainage!

I just tried to go to Dan Petchell's website (http://www.carsinc-nj.com/) and it is no longer active.
Anyone have a phone number for him?
