I had my seats, harness bar and harnesses installed in 2007. Custom fabrication was required to get the seats in. Bill was more than fair.

I had my Motons and monoball suspension goodies put in there this past winter. I'm happy.

The Norman boys have looked after my Porsche needs in both parts (I'm a bit of a DIY'er) and service in the past....... and I'm happy to continue using their service and parts whenever possible and practical.

you can't please everybody....

Upon further review of the situation the " oil change " part of the service was included in the annual service. There was a few other issues were performed as well as a sublet to the Porsche dealer ($$$) in which they delivered the car to the dealer. Part of that total invoice was parts of which included synthetic gear oil, new oem lightweight lug nuts, etc...
all and all no additional surchages we charged for him bringing his own parts.

Sorry but your experience has never been like mine.
Same here and very helpful. When there was something that I perceived as an issue, they made good on it immediately.

To the OP, a question, did you communicate your issues to them or did you just choose to express your displeasure here? If a mistake is made, people deserve the opportunity to fix it first.

I've been pleased with Auto Import and have brought parts for install that were purchased elsewhere several times. These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of times they have pointed out ways that I could save some cash which indicates to me that they are more concerned with the long term customer relationship than making a quick buck.

In my experience, Auto Imports are straight shooters, knowledgeable, and fair.
