Default Recommendation Needed - Covered Car Transport T.O. to Ottawa

Guys,
My brother is buying a car (not a porsche...) from a dealer in Toronto, and is looking for recommendations for a covered transport service to Ottawa - and any idea of price?

Thanks

just drive it... it would be a waste of money to pay for such a short transit...

just drive it unless fcar or something.
tfx will do it for $$$
or even consider open trailer if it is going to be driven once it arrives.

It's a Maserati, that's been detailed and has summer tires on it. It's an approx. 5hr drive. The car is going to be stored in his garage and will only be driven on nice summer days. Besides not wanting to drive it in the winter he doesn't really have the time to go and get it. He was considering having it brought here via open trailer - but I thought I would ask here about covered trailer options.

I wouldn't pay anything for an Ottawa stripper.

That`s because you spend time in the Stripper Capitol of the world... and it`s not Toronto... That`s what I hear at least.

A co-worker was quoted $500 this past week for an enclosed tow from Oakville to Uxbridge.

Pfaff delivered my new 2010 997 C2S to Ottawa in an open trailer Dec. 2010. I asked the driver how much he charged and was told Pfaff paid $700.00 including returning my 2006 C2 to Toronto. I'm sure if you call Pfaff they could refer you to their hauler.

I used to have a Ford F250 with a 24ft enclosed trailer. I've done the drive up to Ottawa from Kitchener a few times delivering/picking up customers cars and it takes about $300-350 just in deisel fuel round trip, not to mention the entire day of driving, wear and tear on the truck ect.

$700 seems reasonable to me.
