I'm sure that you're already aware of this however I'll mention it for those that are not:

DO NOT use your torque wrench to remove tightened bolts/nuts from your project.
DO NOT store your torque wrench after using with a scale setting larger than the minimum value.
DO NOT oil or grease your torque wrench.
Lastly, if you drop your torque wrench, chances are high that you'll have to bring it in to get it calibrated.

I like my Snap on stuff.
I hope you do realize that if and when your Snap-On stuff breaks, they will replace it with a Chinese-made unit. I have an old Snap-On ratchet that's got loose gears but I refuse to exchange it with the Snap-On guy.

For those that have never felt a quality tool sit squarely in their hands and function effortlessly like a Porsche stickshift, here's a sample of what "Made in Germany" quality still holds in that famous baby-blue box: www.hazet.com

Berg...you need a 19 mm six point deep socket. Just bought one last week when I changed my wheels Used my CTC breaker bar, the socket, and my CTC torque wrench and had no problems!

The wrench will not fit into case that came with the Maximum wrench when at 0. So I left it at the minimum possible to still get it in the case.

I recomend you purchase a socket with a nylon jacket... similar to these:

http://www.harborfreight.com/7-piece...ets-40035.html

If not, I usually wrap duct tape around an impact socket and use it ONLY for the wheels.

Why do this? It protects the wheels from damage, and ensures your socket for the wheels is always nice and clean.

Hope this helps...

Works fine for me, I have also compared it to other more expensive ones and it's pretty good. I agree, for DIY guys it's perfect, for every day professional work, ok, maybe not. Most of my automotive tools are the Maximum line of tools and they work very good for me. They are well balanced and are decent quality tools, yes Snap On, Mac etc. are better, but for the money and for occasional DIY work they are great and CT stands behind their quality, so for me they are perfect fit.

If and when indeed...my tools have been around the block a time or two and still function 100%.

IMO the main reason tools break is because the user employs said tool for a purpose other than its intended use.
