Here is a pic at the Berlin Wall taken today. Finally I have the clear covering on the front which is essential for more adventures.

Ronan, that looks spectacular! I especially love how in that picture at the wall the red from the mural reflects on the top of the carbon wing! White and red are a great combination. Fantastic.

Enjoy the rest of your adventure, when do you have the 'ring lined up?

Leaving Berlin tomorrow and will be in Nurburg for ten days, but track closed till next week because of the Nurbrgring 24 hour race, which I will be attending. Should be interesting.

RS are a dime a dozen at the RIng. There are three 2010s parked outside my window, plus a 996RS. Race will be cold and wet. Its a wile scene here

This morning is when the fun starts for the 24 practice. The entire track is covered in dense, freezing fog,,you can't even see the castle. People are camped in sodden tents everywhere. Roads are cld and greasy. If its like this for the race there will be trouble for sure.
Here are a couple of shots of the interior of the car ( the nav system is temporary for Europe)/ You can clearly see the thicker steering wheel....

The German magazin SPort Auto testd avery car at the Ring and is very reliable. It just did the RS..&.33 around the RIng is very good. However, they were not at all happy with wet handling...its seven seconds slower than the standard GT3 in wet conditions and twitchy.

AT a guess there at least 20 RS in the area, plus a lot more exotic stuff too:

Looks like a dream Ronan!

I have to ask, does this new RS come with plastic rear window like the euro spec 996 GT3 RS?

PSM programming issue??? Or was this with it off? (Then it could be a tire compound change?)
