GP Kartways Masters Enduro
Check this out, guys.
GP Kartways has an indoor track, bar and restaurant. Karts are fast with full harnesses. They are holding an endurance race on Tue Apr 27 at 7pm. Max 16 teams, two drivers each. 120 laps race should be a fun challenge. I have signed up. Any takers?

Looks awesome... I'll have to see...
EDIT:
Team White Lightning is signed up!
My friend Chris (you may have met him at the GTG's) and I are planning to do a practice race next Monday night, the link in the post above has a coupon for $10 races all night! Maybe get a Rennlist practice session going?

I like to Kart and did a fair bit over the winter. I've been to this track and have to say that the electric Karts are not as much fun as the gas engine. Gas gives you more connection to the track and allows you to "hear" where you are making mistakes and where time cane be made.IMHO.

First of all, it was a lot of fun... I think we all had a great time! I'm also very sore and bruised... but it was well worth it!
There were 5 teams of 2 at the event, for qualifying each driver had 36 laps to put down the fastest time for their team... Stan set the top qualifying lap of 23.02 with myself second at 23.07!
Stan drove great the whole race... He gave me the lead off the grid and then took it back within 3-4 laps and it was all I could do to keep him in my sight! After the first pit my teammate pulled us into first, but Stan's teammate took the lead back and our team slowly lost position. We were in 3rd for most of the race trying desperately to catch up to Stan's team, and then I think around lap 80 we dropped into 4th which is where we finished the race.
Congrats to Stan's team who placed 2nd!

Thanks Jonathan. The main point is we had a BLAST! There was a house league team who ended up taking first place. You should have seen their faces when they announced qualifying results with me in first and Jonathan in second and them in fourth. They are gonna need therapy to get over that. We got served free food after the race. I had a helmet cam on, but need to figure out how to edit it. Any suggestions?
