Scam, totally. When you buy a $65,000 item, do you do it by Email or do you take time to call the owner, if not to actually fly over to take a look at the item (car)?

I saw a cheap 997 last year (too cheap!) for sale out near Seattle. Smelled like a scam, but I played with the guy a bit. I kept asking him for an address to go see the car while I was visiting the area on business. Of course he never gave me an address, he kept making up excuses for why I couldn't go see it...

He CANNOT send you that total using PayPal anyway. Total scam. Tell the putz to bring CASH or F*** off.

Here is the list per currency right off their site:

What is PayPal's transaction limit?

The maximum amount allowed for a single transaction is $10,000 USD by a PayPal member.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can send a maximum of $4,000 USD for a one-time, single transaction.

For PayPal members living outside the U.S., the maximum transaction limit depends on the currency in use:
EUR - 8000
CAD - 12500
GBP - 5500
JPY - 1.000.000
AUD - 12500
CHF - 13,000
NOK - 70,000
SEK - 80,000
DKK - 60,000
PLN - 32,000
HUF - 2,000,000
CZK - 240,000
SGD - 16,000
MXN - 110,000
ILS - 40,000
HKD - 80,000
NZD - 15,000
TWD - 330,000
THB - 360,000
PHP - 500,000
BRL - 20,000
ARS - 30,000
MYR - 40,000
If you live outside of the U.S. and do not have a PayPal account, your transaction limit may vary.

Talking Update

So I Emailed the guy back and asked him to. Send a "Sir-ta-fried Check" to my brother because he is half owner in my car. Also see a cut out from the email below.

"please be sure make the Check in "Canada Dollhairs" because I do not have a US Dollar Account. The name on the Check should be" Creamof Sum Yung Guy" Please take care in the proper spelling of his Chinese Name"
