I'm still trying to figure out what the "hatch strut" was on my bill from yesterday. It was on there in addition to the 4 hood struts????? All I can see on the car is 2 front and 2 rear.

Mark there is only two fronts and two rears. It was an easy DIY but a real PITA and loss of skin to do the rears.

any explanation as to how you got double dipped?
sorry but this doesn't sound good... I know autowerks is a busy shop but this is something I would expect from the dealer.

No, but they were very appologetic. Normally, I get pissed over stuff like this, but they were very busy that day and I think they were very fair in what they charged me otherwise. I know they spent time on some items that they didn't bill me for...
