Default Seat dyes...

Anyone got recommendations for someone who can do a good job in re-dyeing our Porsche leather seats. I heard Jerry from Bieri Auto is pretty good but I haven’t seen any of his work.

My wife had a large black ink stain on her tan leather seat (Audi A3). Michealangelos Auto Salon on Eastern Ave (just east of Broadview) did a perfect redye job.

I have seen his work at my friends shop, HPCARS, Mario send the better cars to him to clean up ... well worth it.

Serf you won't be dissapointed. I'm pretty picky with the shops I use and Gerry is by far the best in the city. I'm sending my Audi there in a week or two. I can call you if you would like to see the end results.

Jerry is the best!
get him to detail the car and he will dye the seats and carpets included.
my friend/mechanic sends all his cars there. he did my 951 about 8 years ago and the colour still holds.

Thanks to all for the overwhelming leads. I'm heading over to Gerry's in June for some minor touch ups and detailing. Looking forward to it!

I haven't decided yet but I was thinking of just bringing the seats. That way the 993 isn't in the way.

if he has an opening have him detail the whole car and dye the seats included. probably much better deal that way. a few years ago he charged around $300 for everything. how much does he want to do the seats?

99three in the DIY section for 993s there is a post on changing seat backs (pass to driver) this way it prolongs life of seat with equal wear. outside drivers bolster (which is most common to wear) goes to passenger inside. this may also be a good time to do this while seats are out.

I believe 180 just for seats.

The 993 DIY Seat link isn't working (http://www.pcarworkshop.com/index.ph...ts&action=edit). What if the seats are heated and power adjustable?

Thumbs up

Tip:

If you want to clean your leather seats use the Mister Clean Magic Erasure in normal size. Keep rinsing it and wipe up with a damp towel. I saw this last night at HPCARS were the detailer used it on DIRTY almost blackened grey seats and panels. Man did these come out CLEAN!!!! He used it on the vinyl door panels with the same results ....
