Audi/VW part number is 4B0905849 and was purchased from Humberview VW as a special order part. Turns out it wasn't the switch; it was the battery itself. I went through the service records on my 986 Boxster and turns out the switch was already replaced last year.
Looking for $30 or best offer. Switch is new. I only took it out of the package. I even have the receipt. Good for anyone facing electrical issues with their 996/986. Thanks in advance!
