I'm signed up for the BRG88 day next Wednesday. Anybody else going?

 

See you there! Can't wait! Though unfortunately I won't be driving the 911 - needs some work before it's track ready. So my dad and I will be switching off between his 05 Corvette and 02 996 turbo.

I will not be there (bummer!) but you will see Jean-Paul. He is driving a black 75' 911S. Say Hi for me.

 

Yeah, it'll be cool that we're driving even slightly more similar cars. He usually drives the 996 and I drive my 72 911, so it's really difficult to compare our driving. I can keep right on his tail in turn 2, but he loses me in the faster turns and of course the back straight, so I'm looking forward to seeing how we match up. Of course, it'll take me most of the morning to get used to a new car...

 

I wish I could be there... My last BRG day got cut short due to issues with the car... I may just sign up last minute...

I've been known to sign a release form at the gate and wander in just to watch.
I'm about 20mins from the track and if they are letting visitors i'll drop in

 

Yes, they allow visitors (at least the last time I was there with them, back in June). They also allow passengers for signed off drivers, I believe (but I'm not positive).

 

Look for the "redneckishjustcrawledoutofahorsesstall" type fellow.
