The official word from RIV was anything with Porsche letterhead, or printout with a business card with Porsche logo on it photocopied onto the printout. This was after the whole BS with the PCNA recall letters came out.

if you have a ppi done at a dealer, have it included in the workorder/
That's how I imported my 996tt.
It's a good idea to get the dealer in the U.S. to do your daytime running lights also. A lot cheaper than doing it here

Having done that this week, the printout from the "job management" screen will work. (it shows the vin, car discription, and "open campaigns no"). This came from the dealer via email and i emailed it to RIV.
