IIRC that Maser is privately owned. It was on display recently at a Ferrari event, the owner had "donated it" for the event. I didn't think cops were actually driving it, weird.

The 964 Turbo had a slantnose option which was very rare and very expensive. Something like only 20 cars.

Tuesday 4:30pm. A mint aztec red 993 northbound on 404. Not too many of those around.

 

Last night on the way home from the office I caught up to a late model black Carrera 4S with Pfaff plate surrounds heading south on hwy 10 from Owen Sound. I'm not sure if he recognized the pedigree following him so clsoely, but he let her go just after the quick left-hander from 6 & 10 to 10 south. I backed off after the turn-off as I don't speed in Chatsworth...and he must have been up to 80 or 90 in a 50....'cuz the cops like to sit on the last street before mine, and I'm keen on keeping my licence clean.

 

On Bayview south of Eglinton. Parked on the west side. It was made up to look like a Silver 959. Probably that fake one going around town. Sorry no pics. Was 1am when I saw it.

T'was real ... they guy bought it in the states according to a friend who knows the owner.

 

Saw it, but it looked a bit strange. Not sure if it was the way it was parked or the way the front wheels were turned but it looked like it was sitting really high off the ground.

If so, that's definitely a fake - just look at the wheels in that pic. The 959 had centre-lock wheels, this car has standard 911 cup wheels, with 5 lug bolts. Case closed.

edit: if memory serves, the guy's from Colorado and believes it to be real.

 

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the one I saw but it's been a couple of weeks now.
