I used to live in London and had a tough time finding service. I know the Audi dealer brings in some 911's every now and then - he may have a update on where to get service since I was last there.
I gave up and went to Uli in Waterloo. Can't recall the name of his place off top of head - someone here should know. But I would highly recommend him - not London but next best option.

Adrian at Fanshawe Motors seems to know his stuff and they claim to specialize in imports including Porsche. I would try there.
Toronto is not far away though and there are plenty of places there.

Go to Autowerks - very very good and honest.
Former Pfaff mechanic and DFC - not far from you and worth it if you will fret over quality.
Just dropped my GT3 over there and they arranged my rental car for me.
They did the allignmeent and and are now doing my tires and brakes.
Fantastic - think it might be better for you to drive an extra 45 minutes just to get what all they guys in the know know.

Try Reni at RPP Motorsports - rppmotorsports.com, 519-472-6136. My folks go there for service on their boxster and 996 and have nothing but praise for him. I would avoid Tatra, even though it's a PCA-approved tech centre. I've heard little good about them.
