Any new owners on here?
How do you like it? What other P cars do you keep with it?
Picking up on Friday, curious to chat with other drivers!

Vanadium Grey (disappointing they released this color to all 992.2 911s)

Pretty much fully loaded option wise.
Cool little car, such a different experience vs the TTS. It is VERY HARD not to lay into the throttle, the engine is just dying to open up and hit those high RPM.
The intake and exhaust noises are intoxicating. I can't image what its going to sound like at 7500rpm+.
You can definitely notice the difference in the engine mass placement vs the 911, it feels more planted in corners, you notice the weight more balanced. Also the weight of the car, it feels much lighter vs the TTS. I can't wait for break in to be over and take ESP off and get the backend a little sideways!
What else hmmm. I do miss the keyless stuff on the 911. Having to pull out the key and actually start it with the key is a bit annoying. The CF bucket seats are amazing, I actually am finding them more comfortable vs the 18ways.
I put 150km on it last night cruising around, Ill have more impressions soon. We have a rally coming up mid next week so I am trying to get over 1000km before the rally.

Congrats. Have both 981 and 718 plain Jane spyders.
SRS is fun and lively with a small Ferrari-esque sense of occasion when dawdling but the real magic happens after 7500.
Enjoy and post pics.

I drove a manual 4.0 spyder with buckets.
was lovely in every way.
had it for over an hour and Jamie is bang on…. wow, those noises up top!
I cannot imagine seat time in an RS
drive in good health!

Congrats, good to have more Spyder RS’ on the road, I’ve only seen other ones at dealerships.
I had a lovely ‘21 Spyder manual but traded it in for my ‘24 SRS… sadly still breaking it in, waiting for the 7.5K experience!
Post photos when you get it, enjoy!!!
