In the used market, is Is the C4S or C2S variant more desirable in GTA market?

C4S in any market holds a premium. as it is 10k more from new.
AWD. Little bigger butt and light bar.
that said, love my C2S. RWD rocks.

 

C2S in the 993 market

 

Personally I prefer C2S rear wheel drive. It's a lot more fun with rear wheel driving dynamics!! And now a days everything is AWD so I think RWD will always be more rare to find.

Great choice, hard to find.

I have a c4 converted to a c2 and i really enjoy it. I bought it in 2019 just before covid price hikes.

C2S a lot more fun to drive because of the RWD...hence why the GT3 is RWD variance. But everyone to their opinion but I think older Porsches RWD will always be more desirable vs an AWD.

I think when it comes to 993 and 997, C4S buyers are also C2S buyers - basically someone who just wants an S. But C2S buyers are NOT C4S buyers. The desire from discerning buyers for the C2S will result in a higher price over the C4S.
