I just did a inventory. There are 22 new 911 992 in stock for pick up right now. How about people are not buying them right now? Seems like lots of base 911 are available.

can't believe how many 911s are for sale on porschefinder. if you're into exotics (even new dakars are listed for some unknown reason in canada) or new there are around 45 that are $300k+ and add another 80 that are $200-300k plus a pile of new regular carreras that are about $160-200k. scary prices. I can see why people are buying used. there will always people that demand new, but the premium is easily $100k when taxes added in.

If the gap really is circa 70 to 100k new vs used that is untenable. New cars will need to be discounted.

Porsche has been clear that they want to move the brand upscale. The price increase on the 992.2 will likely tell us how serious they are about that.

Porsche 911 market is heating up.

Friend is looking and two of the cars he was looking at sold this week...Blue Carrera T at Porsche London and the 2019 GTS at Boyer Chev in Ajax (sold for $157k). I've noticed a few of the 992 Carrera Ts that were available are now sold and no longer listed as well.
