this .. if the suspension is shot and its going nose down on heavy braking the fronts are taking a lot more strain than designed..

No, the bump stops were not trimmerd when the new springs went on. The H&R installation guide specifically said there was no need to trim them. The only thing right now are the sway bar bushings are a tad loose, but not sure if it requires a full blown replacement yet.

It's on the lift at the moment. No signs of any leaking from any of the shocks. Brakes and brake booster are fine. Brake fluid was flushed last winter.
