And it gets worse. They totally ****ed up the bumper install. The cover that should go around the back of the washer nozzle is bent inward. Just notice my nozzle stuck out today. 3rd pic is of the driver side and how it should be.
WTF, they just got an email from me. They better step up or I'm gonna blow a gasket on them.
That's true, what a ****ing disaster. But it looks like I should be able to fix this myself. I really don't want those monkeys touching my car again.
I get it. The first time I went to pick up my car, they had forgotten to fix the main mark they were supposed to repair. Obviously, didn't even check before I travelled all the way out there. The second time, they left the car outside and it was dusty, so I just assumed it was fixed. We'll, there were a few instances of overspray. Just brutal quality.
Richard gets a ton of business from 427 customers that wont deal with them anymore..
I had to really pressure Richard to paint my Audi ( i had a bad scratch and i could see it every time i got in the car. ).. he said he could touch it up and it would look great , but i insisted on a respray . He really doesnt like spending customers money unless he has to . you have to respect that.

Plus hes a great guy..
Cool, I have an 86.5 928 that needs some work, will give him a shout.
The Golf R is fixed. I set up a shop heater to blow warm air into the bumper, then with my sons help we were able to pull the inside cover back around the back end of the washer nozzle. Everything works as it should now. Saved my self having to deal with these ****s.
+1 for Richard at Luxury. Went to him a couple of years ago for some touch ups to a used car I had just bought, he did an excellent job and shock, did not charge me ! I insisted and he shooed me away, thank you for coming to my shop, please come back if you need me again
